- Provide buyer’s agency, property management, leasing, and related services

Automated decision-making: In relation to our property management services, we may use software systems to assist with processing and screening tenancy applications; however, any decisions that may significantly affect individuals are reviewed by our property management team.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Some of our service providers and staff are located outside Australia, including in the Philippines. Personal information may be disclosed to them for administrative support only.
