Bella Vista is a suburb of Sydney, north west of the Sydney CBD. It is part of the Hills District region in the local government area of The Hills Shire.
History
In Italian, Bella Vista means ‘beautiful view.’ Bella Vista began as a farm and homestead for farming sheep. Most of the development began around the mid-1990’s when the residential and business areas emerged.

Bella Vista is served by buses and close to the M2 and M7 motorways which makes it easy to access multiple locations around Sydney. It is also home to the Bella Vista North West Metro Station which connects commuters to nearby suburbs and the Sydney CBD.
